Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you can track your package via our Track Your Order page using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Voltara Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
